The convergence of multiple risk profiles, the emergence of new risks, and the disruption in business models is driving organizations to develop an integrated risk management program. A unified approach to strategic, operational and IT risks can also help organizations keep pace with the proliferation of technological innovations, shifting geo-political and regulatory positions, changing consumer behavior, and changing demographic priorities. The inter-relationships between risks, and the velocity with which their impact traverses through the enterprise, make it imperative for organizations to understand their risk profile holistically, rather than in isolation within each risk profile, or within a given function in the three lines of defense model.

Join us for this webinar to understand and discuss:

  • How organizations can create an integrated federated risk framework, used by all the three lines of defense functions, and across strategic, operational, and IT risk profiles, as a single source of truth
  • Overview of the critical components and their inter-relationships in an integrated risk program – risk assessments, incident management, risk mitigation, risk metrics, and risk analytics
  • Key steps in enabling an integrated risk program within an organization – people, processes, and technology
